About WeERM
HR built for the California small business.
After more than twenty years inside small companies, I saw the same problem from both sides. Employers lost hours and real money to inaccurate time, leave, and sick records, and couldn't prove attendance when a dispute reached court. Employees who arrived at the worksite on time were still met with suspicion, and their honest hours rarely showed up at review. Both sides lost countless hours to leave requests, clocking in and out, and back-and-forth with HR. We built WeERM so hours are provable, pay is fair and defensible under the law, and neither side has to spend the workday arguing about it.
That is why we built WeERM: you focus on your work, while WeERM takes care of the HR.

What we believe
California rules, encoded
Daily overtime after eight hours, double-time after twelve and on the seventh consecutive workday, SB 616 paid sick leave, and meal- and rest-break premiums are built in, not bolted on.
Location only on a clock action
WeERM captures GPS only when someone taps Start Work, End Work, or a break. There is no continuous tracking, a deliberate choice for both privacy and app-store review.
Payroll you review, not trust blindly
Every payroll figure is an informational summary for an employer or payroll provider to review before payment. It is not legal advice, and we say so on every payroll screen.
One place for the whole workweek
Time, schedule, leave, chat, onboarding, and payroll summaries live in one app, so a small team is not stitching together five tools and a spreadsheet.
